BOGO Promotions
When purchasing items as part of a Buy One, Get One (BOGO) promotion, the promotional discount is based on the lowest-priced item and applied proportionately across the items. If any item is returned, your refund will reflect the discounted amount assigned to that item.
Examples:

Buy One, Get One Free: If the first qualifying item is $60 and the second is $40, the $40 item will be free (a $40 discount). If either item is returned, the return value will be 50% of its original purchase price.

Buy One, Get One 50% Off: If the first item is $60 and the second is $40, the $60 item will be discounted by $12, and the $40 item by $8 (total discount $20). If either item is returned, its refund amount will be its original price minus the prorated discount.
FINAL SALE
Sale products may be marked as FINAL SALE. Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned for a refund, store credit, or exchange. All products discounted 60% or more are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
Clearance Sales
Offers are valid on clearance items only while supplies last. Discounts are valid for purchases made on JANTZEN.com. Clearance items are excluded from additional sales and may not be combined with any other promotional offer, discount code, coupon, or voucher. No adjustments will be made to previous purchases. Shipping Information
Throughout the year, JANTZEN offers promotions for free or discounted shipping. These apply only to shipments within the continental U.S. All international orders are excluded from shipping promotions.
During shipping promotions, shipping costs will be automatically discounted at checkout. If an order minimum is required and items are returned causing the order to fall below the minimum, a $9 flat fee will be deducted from your refund for shipping costs.
